Well friends, it has been a wonderful holiday season! This is the last of our holiday treats series :( But have no fear! We saved these two warm, seasonal drinks to ease you out of your chocolate and left-over comas and back in to school/work/life! Sarah makes a yummy Holiday Apple Cider while Sean concocts a festive twist on classic ginger tea!
- Coffee Beans for espresso

- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- Vanilla Sugar
- Whipping Cream for garnish
- 1/2 cup of milk
Pour steamed milk into the coffee and stir in some vanilla sugar for another dimension to the drink and to add sweetnessTop off the drink with some whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon and there you go! Enjoy!
Festive Ginger Tea
- 1-2 bags Ginger Tea, or 2 ½ tsp Loose Leaf Tea
- 1 tsp Honey
- 3 ounces Spiced Rum or Vodka (optional)
- 1 Sprig Sugared Rosemary
- 6 Cranberries
- Bamboo skewer
Bring two cups water to a boil, add ginger tea and honey. Let steep. Skewer cranberries on to bamboo stick. Sugar rosemary sprig. To do so, wet rosemary (shake off excess water) and lightly coat in sugar. I picked some fresh rosemary right from our garden!
