Events | Recap: The Port Theatre’s Youth Arts Initiative Free Concert!

OH MY GOD. Before we formally start this post, can we just give props to the absolutely AMAZING job that the Youth Arts Initiative did on this concert?! Events | The Port Theatre’s Youth Arts Initiative Free Concert!

There is a long list of things that we lovelovelove here at Local Loves Nanaimo. One of those things? Music. Another one of those things? Getting involved in the community. Which is why we are super excited to share with you The Port Theatre’s upcoming Youth Arts Initiative Concert!

On May 14th The Port Theatre’s Youth Arts Initiative is organizing a free concert at Nanaimo’s theatre on Front Street featuring music from Canadian bands We Are The City (Kelowna/Vancouver), Gold & Shadow (Nanaimo), and The Wild Romantics (Vancouver)! This is a super exciting event because not only does it feature great Canadian acts (hello, we have some of the best music out there) but the event is being planned by The Youth Arts Initiative.
